National Service Scheme (NSS)
Vardhman Mahavir College considers the National Service Scheme (NSS) as an important extension activity that inspires students to serve society while pursuing their education. The college actively organizes various NSS initiatives such as Health & Hygiene Awareness Programs, Environmental Protection Campaigns, Tree Plantation Drives, Blood Donation & Free Health Check-up Camps, Fire & Road Safety Awareness Sessions, Women Empowerment and Save Girl Child Campaigns, Anti-Drug Awareness Drives, Campus Cleaning Programs, and Gardening Projects. The college also observes national festivals and important days, along with International Yoga Day celebrations to promote fitness and harmony.
At present, the college has two functional NSS units with more than 200 enthusiastic volunteers. Through their consistent participation, these students contribute to community development, environmental care, and social welfare, thereby shaping themselves into disciplined, socially responsible, and patriotic citizens.
