Rules and Regulations
- Strict silence must be maintained in the Reading Room and all library areas.
- Students should stand in a proper queue at counters and avoid crowding.
- Every library user must enter their name, semester, and details in the entrance register.
- Honours students may borrow two books, and Programme students one book, for 14 days.
- Books must be returned or reissued within 14 days; a fine of ₹1 per day applies for late returns.
- Books, journals, syllabus copies, and question papers may be used in the Reading Room against I-Card and returned the same day.
- Reference books and periodicals are for Reading Room use only and cannot be issued out.
- Library property must be handled carefully; no materials may be removed without staff permission.
- Liberty strictly prohibits the use of cigarettes, consumption of food, and use of mobile phones within its premises.
