- Some of the strategies adopted by the College for digitalization from conventional methods are mentioned below:
- The admission process for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year students is conducted online. The fees payment by students is also done by online banking.
- The College uses office management software to maintain the record of the students.
- The College uses office management software to maintain the financial record.
- The library of the College is fully digitalised using Digital Library Management System to maintain the record of the books, to issue and collect the books and to generate various reports. The library also offers INFLIBNET facility to the students and teachers
- Almost every department of the college use ICT class room for better and innovative teachinglearning.
- There is one smart classroom for better teaching-learning experience.
- Free Wi-Fi internet facility is available in the entire campus.
- The College is protected under CCTV surveillance (16 cameras)
- Bulk SMS/ e-mail facility is used to deliver important notices to the students and stakeholders
- The College has an informative website to provide almost all information about the college to all. The website is updated regularly.
Evidence of Success:
- Students get hazard free and transparent admission process. They apply for admission and pay their fees from anywhere and at any time.
- The administrative office can access the information of students, finance, assets and liabilities of the College within fraction of a second using Office Automation Software.
- Students access the books very easily after digitalization of the library.
- After using the smart class room, both students and faculties are enjoying the teaching-learning process more.
- Students and teachers are using internet for getting information and teaching resources and enriched themselves. They can view and review the downloaded teaching material at any time as they desired. Students achieve success through this facility in their personal, academic life and career.

Social Responsibility
Objectives of Practice:
The true worth of education is to produce well integrated individuals who are asset to the contemporary society. Vardhman Mahavir College Pawapuri strongly focuses on encouraging the students to participate in social outreach programmes. The main objectives of this practice are:
- To increase awareness of community issues.
- To encourage the spirit of voluntary work.
- To motivate students to become responsible leaders so that they can handle any kind of problem
- which might arise during the work.
- To promote qualities such as team work, empathy, adaptability of any situation.
The Context:
The aim of organizing and emphasizing upon such welfare programmes is not only to prepare the young students for their careers, but also to enable them to channel their knowledge to humanitarian ends.
The Practice:
The College initiates voluntary programmes through which the students participate various activities held by the college. The college calendar is full of activities which inculcate this value of Social Responsibility.
A number of activities are conducted every year ranging from interacting with the senior citizens residing at old age homes, tree plantation, blood donation, health check camps, cleaning up the campus and cleaning awareness in the village.
Many talks and workshops are organized on campus which direct our students towards the spirit of service. Organized health camp in which the people of villages receive suggestions from the doctors related to their health issue and they also provide necessary medicines in free of cost in the camp. During the pandemic of COVID-19, a free vaccination camp was organized for veterans of nearby villages by the said committee in collaboration with District Health Department.
Being the College is situated in Rural Area, we aim at empowering our students in a society where discrimination against women is widespread. Our girl students are groomed into independent, outspoken individuals who are well aware of their rights.
Evidence of Success:
Students have largely benefited from this practice. Students have not only limited themselves to these programmes chalked out by the College but also have taken initiative by working with other community in the villages. They have become more responsible towards the society. The College provides a mechanism to the students that is ‘Helping People Changing Lives’ has truly been practiced as generations of students pass out imbued with the spirit of giving back to the society and nation to which they belong.
